QA & Testing

End-to-end, multi-stage testing for secure, reliable software.

What is included

Manual and automated testing across the stack — functional, regression, performance and security — so your product ships ready for any environment.

The goal is not a coverage percentage. It is that you can deploy on a Friday without anyone feeling sick about it.

How we work

We start by finding what actually breaks. That usually means reading your bug history rather than your codebase: the same three areas cause most incidents in most products, and they are rarely the ones the team worries about.

From there we build a regression suite that runs on every pull request, load-test the paths that will see traffic spikes, and work through a security checklist. Anything we find gets a reproduction, a severity and a suggested fix — not just a ticket.

Why BunnyDevs

We build software as well as test it, so our bug reports name the likely cause rather than just the symptom. That turns a two-day triage into a twenty-minute fix.

And we hand over a process, not a dependency. The suite runs in your CI, on your account, whether or not we are still involved.

Common questions

We have no tests at all. Where do you start?

With the paths that lose you money if they break — sign-up, checkout, the core action of the product. Five reliable end-to-end tests on critical flows are worth more than two hundred unit tests on code nobody touches.

Do you replace our developers writing tests?

No. We set up the harness, write the first suite, and teach the team the patterns. Testing works when the people writing features write the tests. We make that cheap enough that they do.

How do you test on real devices?

A matrix of the devices your analytics say your users actually have, not the newest handsets. For most Pakistani and Gulf audiences that means mid-range Android on a poor connection, which is where the real bugs are.

Is security testing included?

A practical pass is — authentication, authorisation, injection, exposed secrets, dependency vulnerabilities. A formal penetration test by a specialist firm is separate, and we will tell you when your product needs one.
