Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us. The name, email address, company, service, budget, timeline and message you enter in our contact form. We collect this because we cannot reply to an enquiry without it.

When you apply for a role. Whatever you send us — CV, links, portfolio. We keep applications for twelve months in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

When you browse. Aggregate analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and how you arrived. We use this to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment details through this website. We do not use tracking that follows you across other sites. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you have asked for, to consider you for a role, and to understand which parts of this site are worth keeping. That is the complete list.

We will not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. If you want updates you have to ask for them.

Who else sees it

A small number of processors, each doing one job:

• Resend delivers the emails sent by our contact form.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides aggregate traffic analytics.
• Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from people rather than bots.
• Google Analytics and Search Console report aggregate traffic and search performance.

Each of these receives only what it needs. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we might reasonably still be talking, and no longer than three years. Job applications: twelve months. Analytics: aggregated, and not linked to you personally.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email world@bunnydevs.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need a reason and it will not affect how we treat you.

Cookies

This site sets one item in your browser: your light or dark theme preference. It stays on your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. Our analytics providers may set their own cookies; you can block those in your browser without breaking the site.

Security

Enquiries are transmitted over HTTPS and processed server-side. We do not store form submissions in a database — they are delivered to our inbox and live there. Nobody outside the team has access.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
